By visiting the Site or Services of Mobilize Digital, LLC (“Mobilize Digital”) submitting information and/or User Generated Content via the Services, making a contribution through the Services or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and consent to having your data transferred to and/or processed in the United States. We collect browser and device information, including your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version, and the name and version of the platform you are using, and information collected through cookies, web beacons and other technologies. A web beacon is a transparent image file.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some features of our Service.

Web beacons enable us to track website usage information, such as the number of times a given web page has been viewed. Web Beacons may also recognize when an email was opened, how many times it was forwarded and which URL’s (links within the email) were clicked. CloudFlare We use CloudFlare, provided by CloudFlare Inc. for some security features and static content distribution. CloudFlare filters all the traffic through Mobilize Digital, i.e., communication between Mobilize Digital and the User’s browser, while also allowing analytical data from this Application to be collected. Heroku. Mobilize Digital is run on the Heroku Platform, which provides data storage, infrastructure and analytics. Please refer to the Heroku Privacy Policy for more details:

New Relic. New Relic is a monitoring service provided by New Relic Inc. The way New Relic is integrated means that it filters all traffic of this Application, i.e., communication between the Application and the User’s browser or device, while also allowing analytical data on this Application to be collected.Personal Data collected: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. SendGrid We use Sendgrid to process emails to Users and to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with Users. SendGrid may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message. Sentry. We use Sentry, a monitoring service provided by GetSentry, LLC. Personal Data collected: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. Place of processing: US – Privacy Policy

Stripe. We work with Stripe, a Payment Card Industry compliant payment processing company to process credit card payments in connection with Recipient Organizations, promoting petitions, and other transactions. If you create or participate in a Recipient Organization, Stripe will store Personal information in accordance with its privacy policy which may be viewed at, including but not limited to: For organizations and individuals who create a Recipient Organization: Your name and bank account details, date of birth, address, city, state, postal code, IP address of the device used while creating the Recipient Organization account, and the last four digits of your social security number.

How We Use Information. When you provide us with your personal information, we may use such information for a number of purposes, including:

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties. Mobilize Digital may give, share, sell or trade your personal information to or with any third parties under the following circumstances:

Organizations: When you decide to be a Supporter of or a Mobilizer on behalf of an Organization, or when you make a donation to an Organization via the Services, Mobilize Digital shares your personal information, including your full name, email and mailing address, date of donation and amount of donation, with that Organization. In such cases, your personal information may be associated with particular activity on Mobilize Digital, including being a Supporter of an Organization, acting as a Mobilizer of an Organization and making a donation to an Organization.

Compliance with Law and Fraud Protection: We may disclose any information we deem necessary, including your personal information, in our sole discretion and without your prior permission, to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We may also exchange information with other companies and organizations for credit fraud protection, risk reduction and related activities or to protect the rights, property of safety of Mobilize Digital, its agents, employees or affiliates or others. Mobilize Digital reserves the right to use and to disclose to third parties the personal information of a user who we believe is in violation of our Privacy Policy or other terms as posted on the Site, even without a subpoena, warrant, court order or other governmental request, to the extent we deem necessary to protect the safety, security and rights of Mobilize Digital, the Users and Organizations that use Mobilize Digital, and third parties.

Sale or Transfer of Information: In the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, dissolution or sale or transfer of substantially all of the assets of Mobilize Digital, personal information may be sold, assigned or transferred to the party acquiring all or substantially all of the equity and/or assets of Mobilize Digital in order to permit the party to continue the operation of Mobilize Digital or any successor version of Mobilize Digital. By using Mobilize Digital, you consent to the sale and transfer of your information, including personal information, as described in this paragraph. Our successors and assigns may collect and use your information for substantially similar purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may share your first and last name and city with the Organization that initiated an action you supported and its Managers. We may identify you to the recipients of messages you may choose to send through our platforms.

If you are the Manager of an Organization, your contact information may be shared with other Users who view the information posted concerning the Organization and the cause it supports.

We may share your information with our affiliates, which are entities under common ownership or control of Mobilize Digital.

We may share information about you with our suppliers, subcontractors and business partners (“Service Providers”) who process information to provide services to us or on our behalf. We have contracts with our Service Providers that prohibit them from sharing the information about you that they collect or receive with anyone else or from using such information for other purposes.

We work with Stripe, a Payment Card Industry compliant payment processing company, which may store your personal information, as described in paragraph two above.

Information You Publicly Post. Any User Generated Content you create is available to the public without any expectation of privacy or confidentiality. Copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your User Generated Content even if you remove the User Generated Content. The profile you create on our Site will be publicly visible.

Children. The Site is not intended for persons under the age of 13. Mobilize Digital does not knowingly market to, or solicit information, accept service or collect information from any person under the age of 13. If Mobilize Digital becomes aware that any person submitting information to the Site is under the age of 13, we will attempt to delete the account and any related information as soon as possible. We require that only persons 13 years of age or older use the Site. By using the Site, you hereby represent that you are at least 13 years old.

Changes to this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy, and any of our policies and procedures concerning our practices for managing personal information, at any time and without prior notice subject to applicable law. We recommend that you check the Site from time to time to inform yourself of any changes in this Privacy Policy or any of our other policies. Any changes that are made to this Privacy Policy will apply to both any personal information that we hold prior to the effective date of the amended Privacy Policy and any personal information that we collect on or after such effective date.

No Rights of Third Parties. This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties.

California Privacy Rights. If you are a California resident, California law permits you to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their “direct marketing purposes” as such term is defined by California’s Shine the Light Law (California Civil Code 1798.83).
